Bednbody operates the website, app, and massage booking services and is responsible for processing your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect that information.

We collect information you provide when creating an account, making a booking, or contacting support. This includes your name, contact details, service address, and booking details.
For cash-payment identity verification, we collect a copy of your ID and a selfie.
We also keep records of your bookings, payments, ratings, reviews, and communications with Bednbody.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to manage your account, process bookings and payments, coordinate therapist and rider assignments, and provide support.
Your ID and selfie are used to verify your identity for cash payments. We also use relevant information to prevent fraud, investigate complaints, and protect clients and partners.
4. Legal Grounds for Processing
We process your personal information based on your consent, our contractual obligations to fulfil your bookings, legal requirements, or legitimate interests such as fraud prevention, as permitted by law.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. This may affect features or services that require that information.
5. Identity and Health Information
Your ID and selfie are used for cash-payment identity verification and are not shared with therapist or rider partners.
Bednbody does not request, process, or store health information. Health concerns are communicated verbally and directly to the therapist.
6. Location and Tracking
We use your service address and map pin to coordinate transportation to your service location. Your service address is shared with the assigned rider partner.
The tracking feature displays the locations of your assigned therapist and rider partners, along with the rider’s route, so you can monitor their progress.
7. Information Sharing
Therapist partners receive only your first name, service type, and duration. Assigned rider partners receive your service address and may communicate with you through in-app chat. Your contact information is not shared with partners.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
8. Communications and Cookies
We may send account and booking messages needed to provide our services. Promotional messages are sent with your consent where required, and you may opt out of them.
Analytics and cookies
We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. They stay off unless you allow them. The cookie notice controls analytics cookies only.
Google Analytics cookies help us understand page visits and clicks on booking and contact links. Analytics stays off until you select “Accept all.” Selecting “Reject all” keeps it off. The “Cookies” control in the footer reopens these choices so you can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Your choice is saved in this browser’s local storage and applies on later pages. Our custom click events include the page path and, where available, the service name. They do not include answers entered into booking fields or home addresses. We retain personal information only as needed to provide our services, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements. Information is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

A parent or legal guardian must make bookings for recipients under 18. Bednbody uses the parent’s or guardian’s booking information and does not request or store children’s personal information.
